Happy to be offering this wonderful true vintage 1980-90's super mermaid wiggle whimsigoth Party dress!!
Made of lightweight 60% triacetate and 40% polyester, yellow with black mod print, capped sleeves, deep v neckline in the back with toggle buttons and zipper closure, front off-center slit, ruffle hemline, midi, shiny black belt, unlined and machine washable.
Made by Sterling Sliver Marked size 11/12 --BUT PLEASE refer to the actual measurements below.

Wonderful gently pre-loved condition, the waist was cinched that has been taken out leaving a fold will need to pressed and laundered mostly cover with belt, dress had belt loops, but didn't come with dress but I've this belt from my collection it is big and will need to cut down to your size, I find no holes, tears, or stains.
Comes from my smoke free home!!
